Legal basis: your consent given in the request form, and the steps taken at your request before a possible licence agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and (b)). We send no newsletters and do not sell or share the data for marketing.
As long as needed to manage the licence of the camera, at most 3 years after the trial licence expired. The rate-limit code is kept for at most a few days.
Netlify (hosting of this website and storage of the requests) and Resend (delivery of the e-mail). They process the data on our behalf; they may store it outside the European Economic Area under the safeguards of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the address above. Withdrawing consent does not affect the licence already issued. You can lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, naih.hu) or the data protection authority of your country.
